What You’ll Do:
• Design, develop, and maintain Oracle RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Customizations, Extensions).
• Build and optimize PL/SQL procedures, packages, and APIs.
• Work with Oracle Fusion Cloud tools including OIC, BI Publisher, and ADF/OAF.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to deliver technical solutions.

What You Bring:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

What You’ll Do:
• Implement and support Oracle Financials (E-Business Suite and/or Fusion Cloud).
• Translate business requirements into Oracle configurations and workflows.
• Conduct functional testing, end-user training, and documentation.
• Troubleshoot financial issues and collaborate with technical teams.
• Support system upgrades, patching, and rollout activities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
What You Bring:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Computer Science.

We are looking for a Database Management Manager to drive database excellence across the organization. This role owns the end-to-end lifecycle of database environments, balancing strategic leadership of the DBA function with hands-on technical execution to ensure performance, security, availability, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
Database Management & Administration
Plan, install, configure, and maintain Oracle, SQL Server, and other database environments
Perform backup and restore operations, implement disaster recovery plans, and ensure high availability
Monitor performance, conduct tuning, and optimize resource utilization
Enforce data security, access control, auditing, and compliance with policies
Manage database upgrades, patches, and migrations (on-prem and cloud)
Troubleshoot complex issues and resolve incidents within defined SLAs
Maintain comprehensive documentation for architecture, standards, and procedures
DBA Team Leadership
Lead the DBA team with clear task planning, performance management, and skill development
Establish and enforce database standards, security policies, and operational procedures
Own capacity planning and the long-term database architecture roadmap
Collaborate closely with Infrastructure, Development, and ERP teams to align technology with business requirements
Ensure stability, quality, uptime, and continuity across production and non-production environments
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
10+ years of experience in Database Administration
Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle DB, SQL Server, and cloud platforms
Proven experience leading technical teams and cross-functional initiatives
MBA, PMP, or ITIL certification is a plus
